The good news is I have two dozen fresh tamales, one dozen chicken and Monterey cheese, the other pork and and jalapeño.

The bad news is I have no idea how many to make per person, how to cook them, or what I should serve them with, recommended toppings, etc. This is where you come in. I've tried looking online and have some ideas, but I trust you guys and want your "well this is what I would do" advice (and I maybe wanted to brag a little that I have fresh, homemade tamales)


I really wanted avocados to serve with them, but sadly the ones in the store weren't ripe. :-(
