I have some thoughts

Does anybody actually like micro gastronomy? Like does any person actually eat that and go “GIVE ME MORE”?

Also any time someone goes on a cooking show and says “I’m really into micro gastronomy” it’s always the mediocre chef in the competition. They always get eliminated so quick! Maybe this colors my view of it being actually not that good.

Full disclosure: I am on some mild narcotics right now after getting my wisdom teeth out. But I’m watching a lot of cooking shows while I recover, because I love torturing myself with all the foods I cannot eat while I mash cottage cheese into the roof of my mouth.
