And my mother won’t shut up about my weight. I’m a size 14, up until recently was working out multiple times a week, and eat fairly healthy (I drink a fair bit in exchange). And she won’t stop talking about how she’s “concerned” about me etc etc.

I can deadlift 110 pounds for 4 sets of 15. I can run a 5k in under 40 minutes. I have excellent vital signs. And she won’t. Let it. Go.

Some of it is projection, and I get that. But she promised she would drop the subject after I asked her to TWO DAYS AGO and she won’t. And I’m sick of it. Like to the point where I don’t even want to eat in front of her, which is not feasible.

How do I manage this until Thursday morning without burning the house down? Taking any and all suggestions.
