Welcome To The Bitchery

Mr. Agador Spartacus came back from his workout with a huge hunk of pork. I've cut it up into smaller chucks, like around an inch in diameter. I slathered it in a combination of onion, BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cinnamon. I stuck it in the oven at 385 F (I have some brussel sprouts and potatoes roasting in a seperate pan) and I'm gonna let it go for an hour. I don't know how it's gonna turn out, but so far it smells delicious. I'll flip it all over in a few minutes.

I honestly don't know what it'll look like when it's done, hopefully it's cooked well through. I'm hoping for a fall apart kind of pork, one that can easily be turned into pulled pork. But I will see.
