When I go over exactly what you need to get the issue resolved, don't tell me you'll have the on site tech take care of it. As I said before they don't handle these kinds of issues and you'll still end up doing what I tell you to do, you're just doing it a whole hell of a lot later than is necessary. I get you don't like what I'm telling you but that's the policy and I can't override it.
