Welcome To The Bitchery

I made a decent meal for myself for the first time in weeks.

Oven-fried chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and green beans with a basil-marjoram sauce. I want to eat more, because it's SO GOOD but I'm full.

Thank god for therapy. I'm over the anxiety hump, I made a huge breakthrough today, and it seems like all my parts are starting to work together. I'm finally integrating.
