So, I'm trying to get into grad school. The program I really want to get into (I think?!?!) is a combination teacher credentialing/Masters in education packed into one very intense year. I've spent the past year trying to get a decent application together, but the more I really look at it, there is no way that I'm going to get in. No. Way.

I say this not because I want to be self-deprecating or be told otherwise, but because it's really competitive, and my stats are all just really really average. It is what it is. I'm still going to try (maybe everyone else will suck more than I do!), but I'm exploring other options.

Hivemind, please advise me! Is a master's degree valuable enough that it would be worth getting one from anywhere that will take me? Should I just get credentialed and revisit this idea later?

No one that I know personally will have a meaningful conversation with me about what I should do beyond "You'll get in! Yay!!" This is not what I need.
