So this guy and each other picked each other on quickpick. He seemed very compatible so I emailed him. This is the conversation.

Hey there. How you doing? You seem like an interesting cat.

Jun 27, 2013 โ€“ 11:27am

Haha you said cat... And I guess I'm interesting... But I know for sure that I'm the devil lol

Jun 27, 2013 โ€“ 11:30am

Oh? You're the devil? Funny...I just pulled the Devil card out a tarot deck at a party.

Lol...I know all about Leos. You're definitely a cat.

Jun 27, 2013 โ€“ 5:06pm

Well I'm a cat with devils horns. I'm not kidding lol. I should be avoided at all costs lol... Just you wait and see lol

Here's the thing. I get that he's probably playing, but I also believe that when someone says "you should avoid me" or "I'm not good enough for you" they're telling you an essential truth about themselves, even if they think they're just joking. It feels like he's setting me up for a good old-fashioned mind-fuck, and I have a bad feeling about it.

What do you think, hivemind?

ETA: Deleted his messages, and not pursuing this. I have a bad feeling about it, and I'm listening to it.
