Thank you again to everyone who answered my insomnia post a couple days ago. I apologize for not answering individually (it's been pretty crazy around here), but I did read every answer. Thank you also for the kind offers about my wishlist. I do have melatonin here, because my kids take it sometimes.
I pushed myself to stay awake all that day after waking at 2.30am, with no caffeine, and fell asleep at about 11pm. Woke up at 4.30am yesterday, and tried to do the same thing, but I ended up falling asleep around 6pm *sigh* Woke up at 9.30-ish, read a book (no computer!) and turned the light out again just after midnight. Got up at 6am today to get kids moving, and I'm not tired!
I do have a headache, but I think that's weather related (more storms coming in the next day or 2. Oh, joy.) Crossing my fingers it won't turn into a migraine because, if it does, it will wreck my almost-sorted-out internal clock again!
