I found this recipe my friend cooked a few weeks ago before I moved. I cooked the quinoa once before and then realized I was only supposed to cook during the recipe instead of cooking it separately. So I cooked it twice, once with water and once with vegetable broth. The little string things in the quinoa look like they're coming out and I don't think that's what it looked like when my friend made it.
Oh well. Still tastes good. *shrug*
I did good considering I've never made quinoa before. At least I cooked it right the first time (I hope).
