For the month of June, I’ve decided I’m going to take on Adriene Mishler’s 30 Day Yoga Challenge. She’s an instructor and actress based out of Texas, and all of her videos are free. I’ve spent the last hour or so just perusing through her videos, and homegirl has a video for every single mood you could possibly be in. An example of the moods she has lessons for:
- When you’re in a bad mood
- For a broken heart
- When you’re hungover
- When you have a headache
- When you’re crampy and have PMS
- When you’re sick
She’s super charming, and unlike Cassey Ho (I tried Blogilates for a while and wanted to kill her), she is very body positive. I also love that she doesn’t bog down her lessons with too much lingo, she has a very casual conversational style to her teaching. She might be too easy for anyone who is further along in their practice, but I totally love how non intimidating her lessons are. Yay free internet workouts!
