I am proud of myself! I haven’t done any walking/cardio in a couple of months but today was the first day in two weeks that we didn’t have rain forecasted so I thought I’d take advantage of it. :) I feel a lot better, actually. I was getting that antsy/gross/cooped up feeling from being inside all day yesterday, but I think I’ve got some endorphins flowing now. :) yay!
I would like to keep this up, as I’m going to be stepping off of the mild insomnia medication I’ve been on for the past two years over the next month or so, and hopefully getting back on the exercise bandwagon will help that.
