Which was super exciting, because I haven't been able to run in 2 months because my lungs decided to stop working. So yay!
The downside is that I apparently way overdid it and my quads are so sore I can barely walk. I climbed partially over my dog's crate to get something and got stuck there for a minute because I didn't have the leg strength to get down without falling. It is ridiculous. How did I lose this much fitness in two months?!
eta also apparently my brain is sore because I ran yesterday and can't walk today LOL
