I’ve been meaning to make slow cooker pork lo mein for Mr. Toad. We froze the pork after it had been in the fridge for two nights, since I had a big project and wasn’t going to get to it. We took it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge to defrost overnight Wednesday night. I didn’t manage to get it done Thursday morning, so it spent another night in the fridge. I put it in the slow cooker this morning, and it *seemed* fine but this is literally my first time touching or smelling raw pork so I have no idea what fine really is.
