I have bacon fat, butter, olive oil, canola oil and coconut oil. I'm kind of leaning towards a combo of bacon fat & olive oil. However, I also might want to put some of them in chicken broth so I can have a nice veggie soup for lunch, in which case butter might be best.
Yes, it's clean the fridge time. I have one huge carrot, 1/3 of a small bunch of celery, and one or two onions. I want something warm, toasty and comforting.
