I was called this today because i confessed on social media that whenever i've hosted thanksgiving i've used a baking bag for the turkey.
But look, the biggest complaint is that you hear is that the bird is too damn dry. Well you can brine it and season it and flip the thing while it's cooking. But whenever i've shoved a well seasoned bird into a bag and added some extra broth i've always been happy with the results. Better yet the leftover sandwiches have been the best ever!! Oh and it's a lot less work too :)
