I'm becoming a vegan chef.

Butter gets <i>everywhere</i>. And is impossible to clean up. It is simply not worth the effort.

On the bright side, I've got two sheets on granola bar chilling in the fridge, can't wait to cut them up and try them. Notes for next time: more almonds and cranberries never hurt anyone.


(I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to cooking, this is really the first project I've tried on my own. We shall see, we shall see.)
