So I can make these healthy cauliflower tater tots. I have JustASmore to thank for the inspiration.
Despite the recipe and the blog it's on being created by a Teenager, I cannot be more excited for this recipe. So excited that I am willing to shill out like $70 tonight so I can chop up them florets nice and small. The recipe says you can use cheese or nutritional yeast but I have both so I'm going to use both yeeeeeee.
No idea what to have as a side. Probably a salad (boo!).
What are you guys making for dinner/who will now also be making tots of some kind?
