I'm making bread

...Gluten-free bread. In a breadmaker. With non-bread-GF-flour. Because that's how I roll.

I'll let you know what kind of monstrosity emerges.


Update: It pretty much rose, is very pasty and underdone - though I can claim it is just waiting to be toasted. I haven't cut into it to appraise texture, structure, or heaven-help-me taste.
