I don’t know what possessed me to add chocolate milk to my cereal but an entire glorious weekend of that has me hurting. I’ve never been medically diagnosed with lactose-intolerance or having IBS but I think I have both things.
I just want it to stop because it’s hurting (literally, I feel the need to poop constantly and sometimes there are spasms in the rectal area?) and I have to stop farting.
