Jeez, I almost cried.
If it's such a big deal to you that we don't have a cooler in our warehouse why didn't you call ahead and ask? Or tell your stupid restaurant to have someone there to open the stupid place to pack all your stupid fish into their stupid cooler when your stupid flight comes in.
People who yell at customer service people are assholes. Especially when the situation is the customer's fault and I was being empathetic and nice to them.
AND WHY ARE YOU IMPORTING FISH TO WASHINGTON, ANYWAY.
