State Rep Paul Joseph Wieland's goal: to prevent his adult daughters (currently covered under his health careplan ) from having access to birth control. He feels it violates his religious beliefs. His religious beliefs also include making sure his daughters receive health insurance through him, so he is unwilling to drop them from his plan. In other words...he literally wants to control his adult daughters' fertility.

The basic argument: "The employees are to Hobby Lobby what the daughters are to Paul and Teresa Wieland."
