I posted about this 2 weeks ago. Basically, I bought something off of Etsy back in January 19. It was shipped January 27 from Lithuania. The seller said it usually takes 2-4 weeks for it to come, and it's now in the 7th week mark and the tracking still shows that it's "in transit from Lithuania." I'm not sure what to do at this point :\ I contacted the seller 2 weeks ago (the 5th week mark) because I was a bit worried. He said that the fact that this was taking longer than 4 week was "highly unusual" and he's worried that the package may be lost. I agreed to wait longer (another week, but I decided to wait it out 2 weeks), and if it didn't arrive, we agreed on a refund. I do feel really bad because it's not the seller's fault. So I've waited 2 weeks and am now at a loss as to what I should do. Should I wait longer before I contact him again? I'm fine with waiting longer, so how much longer should I wait? Is it mean of me to want a refund? I mean, he agreed to it. Plus, I know that weather and other issues could factor into why this is taking longer than expected. I don't know what the proper etiquette is for this!
