So, I have done a LOT of interviews in my day. Mostly successful ones. But the one I have tomorrow does not feel like a normal interview. An old boss of mine reached out and asked if I was interested in this position. The position doesn't have a job description, it's a higher level operational position in a school. This boss is the chair of the board of the school, and we already chatted about her vision for the position a couple weeks ago. I'm meeting with a principal tomorrow to "Discuss some structures and systems" she wants to put into place.
How do I prepare for this interview? What should I be ready for? Again, no JD.
Also, we set it up awhile ago. Do I need to send her a reminder/confirmation email today?
