You know what kills me about it? ThAt senior management apparently have never heard of the digital divide. Or seem to understand that a good 40 percent of Americans do not access the internet or cannot access the internet. Or that they decided not to open temporary offices or call centers and just relied on a website. Or that they haven't look at the usability or accessibility issues that plague other egovernment websites. Or that no one paid attention to the 20 plus years of academic research on egovernment.
I have my master's in e-gov and a huge part of me was like I told you so.
