Made this for dinner tonight and I can't stop thinking about it. It's the perfect balance of fragrant, spicy, citrusy, and sweet. I used it in a chicken quinoa white bean wrap (cooked the chicken in it for some added oomph). It would be great on salad, as a dip, in a sandwich, in stir fry...really anywhere. If like things extra spicy, like me, add 3-4 jalapeños instead of just one.
