GT, what are you all eating this weekend?
Came home from my work trip with a gross cold, so I’ve got soup on the stove. Squash and lentil soup, with ginger and sage, to be exact. I used a dark vegetable stock so it’s the color of French onion soup. Which is sad, I was hoping for a pretty orange color with the squash and yellow lentils, but oh well. Going to eat it in a little bit and it smells amazing.
