Jogging is the worst...

I resumed training for a 5K after a bout with bronchitis. And while I'm glad my lungs are functioning again, I'm sad my last valid excuse to not run is good. I believe Ann Perkins said it best.

Any suggestions on ways to stay motivated when just starting out? I'm sure it will be better one I get in the habit, but this initial motivation is hard to maintain.
