Like everyone these day, I’ve got a lot to think about and too much free time. Its forcing me to deal with some stuff I was ignoring/distracting myself from. I have started journaling to have an outlet for my thoughts. Interestingly, its made me feel a bit worse to start with, but I think that’s because I am acknowledging and tackling some heavy stuff. Anyone who journals on the regular want to share how they started, if its helped you, what are your objectives and habits?
