I’m looking for first-hand accounts from those who’ve had LASIK done, please. I’ve heard all the “cousin’s, sister-in-law’s, brother’s” stories of horror and would like to hear from actual people who’ve had it done.
Were you happy with the result? What were the worst side-effects/part of the healing process? How bad was your vision to begin with?
I had the consult and was declared a good candidate. I scheduled the surgery. Then I read the eight pages of all the things that could go wrong....
My surgeon has done several thousand procedures and has a rate of 98% “perfect” surgery with 2% having to do further correction; 0% coming out worse than they started. That’s good right?
