I haven’t seen one of these in a while, so let’s have a dinner thread, GT! I went way out of my cooking comfort zone today and the results were yummy. I made this seared pork tenderloin with blackberry wine reduction (I skipped the mushrooms because they are not RedHandedJack’s favorites), plus these parmesan roasted potatoes, and roasted broccolini. Reducing wine is not one of my culinary strengths because it requires more patience than I really have. The potatoes were a real hit with RedHandedJack, which I should have expected. What did you make/eat for dinner tonight, GT?
