So what are your late night distractions for when you can't sleep? I'm a wee bit overwhelmed right now. I woke up to a sad email, an old friend lost her dad this morning. I'm still not done revising chapter two and didn't get to it because I live in SoCal and spent all day in traffic because I had to go to school which is an hour away cuz, paperwork. And now I can't wind down enough to sleep, oh and my adhd/anxiety symptoms are kinda ramped up too. So..any tips? Or should I just take a shot of mrchien's good stuff and try to knock out that way?
ps...did I mention PMS in there too?
