Best/Worst of 2015 edition!
If you use GoodReads, you might know there’s Year in Books function. I was looking through mine, thinking about which were the best and which were the worst (thanks, Backtalk—the theme this week has me categorizing everything!). I thought it would be fun for us all to share what our best and worst books of 2015 were.
Luckily, most of my books were good this year! Some of my favorites included All the Light We Cannot See, The Book of Night Women, A Thousand Acres, and The Talented Mr. Ripley. I can’t recommend these enough—each was compelling and beautifully written.
In the “not so great” pile are a memoir (The Kindness of Strangers) and a zombie series, which I didn’t expect to be that good, Those Who Remain. Actually, now that I consider it, those are both things I got through Amazon’s lending library...
Anyway, what are yours?
In addition, and as usual, feel free to share:
1. What’s the last book you read?
2. What are you currently reading?
3. What’s next on your “to read” list?
4. What book recs do you have and/or need?
