Good morning, Lovelies! It’s time to talk books!
I don’t know about you, but winter is... not my favorite. One nice thing about it, though? Being stuck inside means more time to read! For me, that means reading epic novels. I mean, if I’m snowed in, staying in bed with a book and losing myself for a couple days makes it much more tolerable.
Soon, many of us will have breaks (and snow!), so I thought it’d be fun to share our favorite epic novels.
One of my very favorite epic novels is Steinbeck’s East of Eden. The edition I read was ~600 pages. Normally, I’d be so ready to move onto another book but I finished that book and was so sad. I just wanted more, as much more as Steinbeck would give me. Like, I could have read that book for multiple more years. :)
Ok, now it’s your turn: What do you like to read when you’re snowed in?
As always, feel free to share/request book recs, and don’t forget to let us know, what’s the last book you read, the book your currently reading, and the next book on your to-read list.
