Because I’m at work for 4 more hours and I’m bored. How are you all doing? What’s good to eat? What’s good to watch? Any good recs of any kind to offer?
I got back to crossfit this week and I’m sore as shit and loving it. The community at my place is insanely open and wonderful and there are folks of all sizes and colors and athletic ability. It can be so hard to join a place because they can be so insular - this is not that place.
After work, I’m gonna go home and get some damn sleep and attempt to workout in the AM again (I’m thinking going to a later class is a good idea.
