So I have PCOS and would like to possibly conceive in the next year. In my wanderings around the internets i’ve come across a lot of PCOS forums recommending this diet or going low-carb because most of us are insulin resistant. Has anyone tried this kind of diet? Any thoughts? I’m considering doing it, because why not?! But i’m also leery of it because of some of the crazy testimonials i read while researching this thing! o_O
