Is anyone here a fan of low carb diets? I need to lose weight so I can get people to love me, but "nobody loves me" is part of the reason why I have a hard time controlling what I eat. So I was thinking of going the low carb route for that sweet, sweet ketogenesis. It seems like a good match for me because I love my fats and protein, and it's a lot easier for me to do broadly restrictive diets, where I just have a predetermined list of shit I can't eat.

Any tips, tricks, resources, recipes, etc. you can recommend?
