I know I've read that some of you have done low carb diets in the past with success. I have as well, I lost roughly 30 pounds a few years ago doing so. I've gained a large part of it back (by eating a lot of sugar and crap despite knowing better) and thus have started back up on it. I've done extremely well this week, but today my mood is in the toilet. I think I'm hitting that point where I need some variety or something or some kind of cheat day before I lose all motivation.

If you did low carb at any point, did you ever do a cheat day? How did it work for you? What foods did you eat? I am not talking about diving head first into a bucket of sugary ice cream, but I would really like to eat some corn tortillas at the mexican restaurant I am about to go to.
