After a really consistent 2 months of workouts with my new trainer, I managed to gain a pound and my body fat went up 1%. Weight loss is not my main goal, strength is, but I do want to see my BF% start going down. I agreed to try low carb for the next 2 weeks just to see how my body reacts. In the past I’ve always fought against this because I love my carbs and I was never interested in feeling hungry for however long it took my body to get the message that the carbs weren’t coming. In the last 18 months though, I’ve done a lot of things physically that I always said I’d never be able to do, so I figure I can put up with just about anything for 2 weeks.

So, does anyone have any favorite recipes I should try? I don’t eat beef, but pork, chicken, turkey, and fish are all fair game. Any tips to not going on a cookie binge? Any weird body things I should be prepared for?
