When you don’t check the cooking time on a new recipe. I’m making lamb korma on something of a whim. After I got all the ingredients and got well into cooking, I noticed the 2 hour simmer period at the end. It seems korma is stew... What’s for lunch (or dinner)?
P.S. Got a lot of lamb bones and scraps out of this deal too. I guess I’ll take a crack at making stock at some point in the future too.
