We bottled our first small batch tonight—an IPA. 1 gallon and we got 10 beers. Non-auto siphoning is hard!

It looks like this is going to be GuyJinx's new hobby (he's cackling with glee as he bottle caps. We've got a 5 gallon fermenting (brown ale) and his next batch is a honey wheat for his supportive, best wife ever!
