I have never really had meatloaf. My parents never made it, as it was a foreign food to them. I once had it at a fancy-shmancy American comfort food type spot, and I absolutely loved it. It was succulent and juicy and mmmm.
Now I would like to make some and I can't figure out what makes a good meatloaf. I really don't want to put ketchup on top. Anybody have a tried & true meatloaf recipe or meatloaf hints? I already bought a medley of ground beef/pork/veal.
