How are you guys doing? You still hanging in there? Are you noticing a difference at the end of week two?
I have to say, I’ve been sleeping so damn well the last couple of weeks and I think this might be why. I’m a long time insomniac, so this has been amazing. (It’s also something I learned a couple years ago when I took a meditation class but apparently needed the reminder.)
Also, yesterday, I did a halotherapy session and was able to happily meditate for 40 minutes in the salt room. The session lasted 45 minutes and, when it was up, I was like, “Awwww, already?” I left feeling so relaxed and recharged.
How about you guys? Are you ready for the next week? Any reflections/resources to share?
