If you started with us on 3/25 and have meditated every day, you’re now officially at day 30! Isn’t that amazing?


Do you feel like you’ve established a daily practice as habit now? Have you noticed any changes in yourself/your practice?

Finally, do you have any recs/resources to share? Since the Oprah/Chopra session has ended, I’m back on Insight Timer. I did a great guided one today that I wanted to share: “Connect to the Calm Within” by Diane Yeo. It was about 20 minutes and, for me, a great balance of voice to music. I felt like I’d taken a nap, though I hadn’t fallen asleep, it was so calming.
