Hey, All—I've seen melatonin recommended by a few folks here to help combat sleepless nights. I've got a couple of questions for those of you who've used it:
1) Is is supposed to help you fall asleep or stay asleep or both?
2) How much do you take? Is the recommended dosage the right dosage to actually help?
3) What else should I know before I take it?
