Mental Health during COVID19 Crisis

Hey yall - how are we all holding up? There’s been so much talk about stocking up and social distancing and what to do and what not to do to combat the physical disease, but not a lot of talk on how to take care of ourselves mentally. I know we have a few people around these parts (myself included!) who deal with anxiety and are trying to work through it, but I don’t know a single person who isn’t anxious in some way. And it’s not just us.  

So I’d like to open it up if anyone wants to talk it out or get stuff off their chest or talk about, work through what/why you’re feeling, recommend coping strategies that they use. No judgement zone here, and no dismissal of fear or worry.
