UGGGGHHHHHH I did an ab workout for the first time in 6 weeks.

I’m going to regret this decision tomorrow.

I started strength training again this week. I was good about it up until my vacation in early May and then I said fuck it, cardio is enough.


So yeah, back to basics.

May I one day have a butt as cute as a corgi’s.


This is a great workout. Strength training during the lifting part, then cardio as you run away from a pissed off cat.
