I know this is early for almost everybody else's Nightly Noms post, but I was hungry for a late lunch / earliest dinner and not in the mood to do much more than scrounge the leftovers in the fridge, but I put a red naga chili into my leftovers fried rice.

MMMMMMMMM. I feel so much better.

My mouth is totally burning and I've got the best capsaicin buzz right now. I know this is going to sound like total sacrilege to some, but capsaicin is so much better than alcohol sometimes. If I broke open a bottle of wine I'd be sobbing into my glass right now. Spicy food rocks.
