Hello friends! How’s everyone doing today?
Like most days now, it’s a mix of good and bad over here. I slept terribly last night, and it turned into one of those rabbit holes where you start out thinking about something unpleasant and can’t stop following your brain into a bunch of memories you’d rather not be remembering. On the good side of things I enjoyed yoga this morning, made huevos rancheros for breakfast, and emailed someone I know in my field for networking purposes.
