I never, ever had this with my first.
I've been so down in the dumps it feels like I'll never find my way out. Having a hard time falling asleep at night and getting up in the morning.
I did run night before last and plan on doing it again tonight, since that usually helps me perk up. I'm doing literally half the speed I usually do so that stinks but I guess I'll have to inch my way back up. Ugh, I can't believe it took me 30 minutes to do a mile and a half.
